What is Screen Printing ?

Screen Printing is achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen with a squeegee onto the product. This type of printing is most suitable for printing large areas and artwork with limited colours.

What are the best suitable garments for Screen Printing ?

Do you have minimum order quantity ?

All screen printing orders have 20 items minimum per order. Different items/styles and garment colours can be mixed to reach the minimum quantity as long as it is the same artwork with the same size and colours are being applied across all garments.

Is there a setup fee for Screen Printing ?

All new screen printing orders have a setup fee of $69 per colour to prepare screens with the artwork. Only $35 setup fee per colour will be charged for any repeat orders.

How much to screen print T-Shirts?

We have a flat rate per design with one color and it gets cheaper for bulk quantities. $11.26 for Qty 20-49, $9.27 for Qty 50-99, $7.12 for Qty 100-249 and $5.50 for Qty 250-500. For more than Qty 500, please get in touch for a quote.

Do you provide artwork proof before proceeding with order ?

Within 3-4 working days of receiving your order, we will email you a digital artwork proof. Once you have approved the proof, your order will be sent to production. Please allow up to 8-10 working days from artwork approval for your order to be dispatched.
