Orders under $350 - The shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.95 for all non-rural areas.

Q: “Is there a minimum order requirement ?”
There is no minimum order requirement for blank apparel. However, there is a minimum order requirement as below if the garments are being decorated.

Screen Printing : Minimum 20
Supacolour : Minimum 20
Vinyl Transfer : Minimum 5
Digital Transfer : Minimum 5
Custom sublimation : Minimum 10

Q: “Where are you based ?”
We are online only apparel business operating from Wellington. We deliver blank apparel and branded uniforms to anywhere in New Zealand.
Q: “When will the order get dispatched ?”
Blank apparel without decoration will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. However, JBs wear products can take up to 4-5 working days to be dispatched.
Decorated apparel (embroidery, screen printing etc.) will be dispatched in 10 -15 working days after artwork approval.
Once order is dispatched, courier delivery time frame is generally 1-2 days for North Island and 2-3 days for South Island. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery.

Sample Order Policy:
At Galaxy Apparel, we understand that sometimes our customers may want to try out our products before making a full purchase. To make the process of ordering a sample as simple and easy as possible, we have created the following policy:
To order a sample, simply place an order online for a single product as you would normally do for a regular purchase.
Upon receipt of the product, inspect it carefully to ensure it meets your expectations.
If you decide the product is not suitable for your needs, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt in unused condition and with complete packaging.
We will issue a full refund for the product, excluding any shipping charges you may have paid.

Embroidery : Good quality JPEG or similar is preferred.
Screen Printing, Supacolour, Vinyl Transfer, Digital Transfer and Custom Sublimation : Any vector formats like AI, CDR, EPS and PDF with fonts converted to curves are preferred.

Clearance items are subject to availability at the time of processing order.
